CJ BIO to Showcase New Food Solutions at FIC 2024
The food and nutrition solution company demonstrates fermentation-based organic ingredient solutions across three different categories
CJ BIO, a leading global manufacturer of fermentation-based ingredients and solutions, will showcase its new innovative technologies at the FIC: Annual Event and Expo in Shanghai, March 20-22.
At CJ BIOs booth, Hall 3 3K60/3L61, the company will showcase its differentiated Nrich brand products and technologies through applications to various food samples in three major zones: Clean Label Liquid Solution, Sodium Reduction, Moisture & Texture zones. Through these application zones, CJ BIO plans to demonstrate the value it delivers to customers as a total solution provider in the global food markets.
In the Clean Label Liquid Solution zone, CJ BIO will showcase the newly launched TasteNrich® Liquid solution, specializing in the production of liquid products such as soy sauce and oyster sauce. Additionally, visitors to the Sodium Reduction zone will have the opportunity to explore CJ BIO's innovative sodium reduction sample, which reduces sodium rate by 40%. In the Moisture & Texture zone, attendees can explore our phosphate replacement solution.
